LAMB SUPPLIER

All of our lambs are selected from different regions throughout the year to get the best seasonal produce.

Our supplying farms stock breeds such as Suffolk, Texel and Black Face from the rolling hills of Herefordshire down to Devonshire. We hold our lambs for 5 to 8 days depending on time of year, before we select the most popular cuts be it a fully trimmed rack or a saddle ready for the chefs oven.

All cuts are available upon request.
