We source and select our grass fed beef from farmers in the West of Scotland and the South West of England, who provide us with superior quality beef, well marbled and full of flavour throughout the year.
All of our lambs are selected from different regions throughout the year to get the best seasonal produce. Our supplying farms stock breeds such as Suffolk, Texel and Black Face.
All of our pork is outdoor reared on farms in East Anglia. We give it a 3 day hang which helps in drying out the skin, producing a fantastic crackling. Consistantly succulant and flavoursome.
Highest quality and free range poultry. This is our original meat range with sources dating back to 1948 when we first started. Choose between English and French Chicken and Duck and Goose and Turkey also available.
Organic and free range, our game birds have the fullest flavour and delicate textures to melt in the mouth. Sourced from the best farms and regions throughout the UK. See our calendar page for when its available.
From a veal cutlet to an osso bucco slice. The veal we source is of a very high standard from Holland. All the calves are group reared and fed on a milk based feed. This high level of welfare shows in the quality of the meat.
Our venison is sourced within strict guidelines with in the gaming season to maintain sustainable stock. The unique flavour of the meat adds a distinctive edge to dishes.
